I created Aligned Focus to offer a space where energy, wellness, and deep connection come together.

My mission is to support you in reconnecting with your true self - your energy, your wisdom, and your inner power - so you can live with more clarity, purpose, and ease in both body and soul. Whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, or simply seeking deeper alignment, I’m here to hold space for your transformation.

This is me.

I’m a Reiki Master and Access Bars facilitator with training in Somatic Experiencing, and I offer a blend of intuitive energy work and holistic treatments that meet you exactly where you are. My approach is heart-led and deeply grounded, weaving together practices that support your nervous system, energy body, and emotional well-being.

In September 2024, I hosted the Radiant Renewal Retreat, a gathering focused on harmonizing masculine and feminine energies. Events like these light me up, and I’m excited to continue collaborating with others to co-create experiences that nourish personal and collective healing.

Before stepping into this work, I was a teacher for over a decade, so holding space and guiding others has always been part of who I am. I’m also a mother of twins, a lover of writing, nature, hiking, and photography. People often say I can talk about anything and I think that’s true, especially when it comes to what lights us up and brings us home to ourselves.

    • Psychology Honours Degree Western Grad 2004

    • Bachelor of Education Grad 2005

    • Teacher TVDSB 

    • Reiki 1, 2, and Master level certification-working with clients in my business since 2019.

    • Access Bars - Certified in 3 levels of the Access Bars, an incredible holistic healing modality. I also run full day workshops for those wanting to become an Access Bars Practitioner. Join the community of access consciousness today!

    • Access Bars Body Processes Class 2023

    • Somatic Certification with the Somatic Experiencing International Trauma Institute 2022 & 2023- Level 1 & 2. Both courses involved a 4 day in person training.

  • Teaching and raising twins taught me how to hold space for others while navigating the complexity of daily life. My journey led me to the grounding, healing work of energy practice.


  • Hiking, strength training, nature, photography, deep connection and laughter with friends.
